Welcome to Duvall! The emphasis here in Duvall is living locally. I regularly ride mountain bikes with some of the local business owners (we have a great trail system about 4 miles from the house) and my wife rides horses at a nearby stable. We buy most of our produce from Local Roots, a Duvall-based farm that sells produce year-round. Carnation Farm, one town over, has an amazing butcher that sells products only from the nearby valleys. On my commute home, I'd often pick up something to grill outside while the kids played in the neighborhood.
This home is where we raised our son from a happy little kid to a young man attending the University of Washington. He began his education at Cherry Valley Elementary, which is a quick walk next door. He later attended Cedarcrest High School with the same friends he made at seven years old at Cherry Valley Elementary. He loved living in a neighborhood with other kids and being able to walk to the soccer field and tennis courts next door. When he was hanging out with his friends around town, my wife and I would walk down to Duvall Grill or The Grange for date night.
We loved this house and its proximity to great schools, employers, restaurants, and family-oriented activities at the farms in Valley. We know you'll love it too.
